Monthly Executive Highlights
MTD management review: portfolio-level observations below compare 1–7 Aug with 23–29 Aug. They remain fixed when dashboard filters are used so management always retains the monthly context.
VND2 – acquisition is scaling exponentially, but wallet depth remains small. Active players rose from 19 to 3,711 (+19,431.6%), while weekly turnover rose from $450.34 to $229,561 (+50,874.9%). Latest average bet is only $10.95, with 5.7 bets/player and $61.86 turnover/player. This suggests the next growth lever is repeat activity and retention, not simply raising average stake. WGVND supplies 99.4% of VND2 turnover.
CNY – active-player growth is much faster than monetisation. Active players increased from 28 to 4,582 (+16,264.3%), but average bet fell from $51.05 to $22.80 and turnover/player fell from $616.23 to $258.11. MTD CNY turnover is $2,184,051 with $-14,664 House GGR (-0.7% margin). The data is consistent with a large influx of lower-value/newly activated players. WGCNY contributes 99.8% of CNY turnover.
USD – the issue is concentration and merchant mix more than acquisition. USD MTD turnover is $10,039,310, House GGR $336,667 and margin 3.4%. WGA130 contributes 49.7% of USD turnover but only 1.6% margin, while WGASIA contributes 36.1% at 4.2% margin. In the latest seven days, WGA130 alone contributed 59.2% of USD turnover, showing that recent USD growth is heavily merchant-driven.
Key monthly message: the markets are at different stages. VND2 = acquire → retain → increase frequency; CNY = acquire → improve player quality/value; USD = protect volume → diversify merchant/player concentration → improve sustainable hold quality.
Management Action Plan
1. VND2 – convert acquisition into repeat turnover. Track 7-day returning-player rate, bets/player and turnover/player by merchant. With latest average bet around $10.95, improving bet/session frequency should create more sustainable turnover than pushing stake size. Prioritise onboarding, reactivation and repeat-play journeys for WGVND cohorts.
2. CNY – stop measuring success by active-player count alone. Introduce cohorts by merchant × turnover/player × average bet. Separate low-value acquisition from emerging VIP/high-value players. Commercial support should move toward sources that improve turnover/player, not merely registrations or actives.
3. USD – manage WGA130 as a key-account concentration. It represents nearly half of MTD USD turnover. Protect the relationship, but review its top-player concentration and profitability weekly. In parallel, grow WGASIA/WGA504/WGA3316 so the portfolio is less dependent on one merchant.
4. Merchant incentives – pay for quality, not volume only. Merchant scorecards should combine Turnover, active players, turnover/player, retention, GGR contribution and top-player concentration. A merchant generating many low-value actives should not receive the same commercial priority as one creating durable turnover.
5. Weekly operating review. For each market, track: Active Players → Bets/Player → Avg Bet → Turnover/Player → Turnover → GGR/Margin. This funnel shows exactly whether the constraint is acquisition, frequency, wallet depth or hold.

Merchant Management Insights
Merchant segmentation is a management heuristic: Strategic = high scale + strong player value; Scale Opportunity = strong turnover/player but smaller current scale; Volume = many players with lower value/player; Concentration Risk = material turnover heavily dependent on a small number of players. It is intended for commercial prioritisation, not as a compliance or fraud classification.

Reporting status: August 2026 month-to-date performance using data through 29 Aug 2026. The month is not yet complete; 30–31 Aug will be added when available.
Management Insight denominator: Currency, vendor, player and game-type contribution percentages are measured against the whole portfolio for the selected date range. KPI cards and charts continue to follow all active filters. Merchant Intelligence is sourced from Player Summary because Merchant is not present in Game Round data.
Cross-report reconciliation: Game Round and Player Summary are independently generated reports. Across 1–29 Aug they reconcile very closely but are not perfectly identical; small source-report differences are retained rather than forced to match. Executive/Market/Vendor views use Game Round as the transaction source. Merchant and Player Intelligence use Player Summary.
